The standard package covers all interior walls and ceilings (painted, two coats), full flooring replacement in every room (LVP, hardwood, or laminate — your choice), and complete trim installation including baseboards, door casing, and window trim. Add-ons like crown molding, cabinet painting, or bathroom tile are available.
For a typical 1,400 sq ft Portland home, hiring a painter, a flooring installer, and a trim carpenter separately runs $8,500–$14,000. Our bundled package for the same scope starts at $8,200 — and you only make one phone call, one schedule, and write one check. The savings grow on larger homes.
Most homes under 1,500 sq ft are completed in 5–7 business days. Larger homes typically run 8–12 days. We sequence the work correctly: flooring goes in first, painting second, then trim — so nothing gets damaged by the trade that follows. You get a real timeline before we start.
Not necessarily, but we work room by room to minimize disruption. We seal off work areas each day, protect all furniture, and leave the home clean at the end of each shift. If you have young children or pets, many clients prefer to stay elsewhere during flooring days — we'll advise based on your specific project.
We carry luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, and laminate. We bring samples to your walkthrough. LVP is the most popular choice in Portland's climate — it's waterproof, durable, and looks great. Hardwood adds the most resale value. We'll help you pick based on your budget, lifestyle, and home.
Yes. The bundle pricing applies when you do all three, but we do standalone painting, flooring, or trim jobs too. Most clients who start with one end up returning for the others — so we make it easy to add trades at bundle pricing within 90 days of your original project.
