We recently took on a unique renovation project—a house that had been a cherished family home for many years but had fallen into significant disrepair.
The bathroom tiles were merely stickers, emitting odors and creating dangerously slippery conditions. Walls were filled with countless nail holes and remnants of old furniture. Doors no longer aligned with their frames, and carpets had severe stains and wrinkles. Closets had collapsed, while screens and stairs were deteriorating.
The basement hadn’t been used in over a decade, becoming dusty and highly vulnerable to fire hazards. Similarly, the outdoor garage shared the same neglected state.
Our team’s touch was essential. We replaced all flooring and walls, ensuring they were pristine and free of cracks or dirt. Door frames and carpets were entirely renewed, matching the color and style of the wooden floor tiles for visual harmony. The home’s exterior received a significant upgrade with carefully placed stone accents, enhancing curb appeal. The backyard shed was also renovated to perfectly match the house.
The result was nothing short of transformative—our clients expressed that it felt like walking into a completely brand-new home.
