We recently embarked on an exciting project—transforming an old home built in the early 1900s into a beautiful, modern residence. Our goal was clear: fully renovate the aging interior, including outdated bathrooms, worn-out living spaces, and creaky floors, transforming the house into a stylish, contemporary home.
Our clients envisioned a modern design featuring luxurious marble elements. We meticulously repaired and updated floors and walls, carefully selecting contemporary materials that provided a sleek, updated aesthetic.
The bathroom received special attention, being elegantly redesigned with stone tiles and natural wood finishes, blending comfort and modern style seamlessly. Now, the flooring throughout the home is solid, eliminating any creaking sounds and providing a durable, smooth finish.
The exterior wasn’t overlooked either—freshly installed grass and carefully selected tiles complemented the home’s overall appearance. We also thoughtfully chose paint colors to harmonize floors and walls, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere both inside and out.
This renovation transformed the entire property, making it a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.
