The original house had no usable outdoor space. The homeowners dreamed of having a deck where they could relax, entertain guests, and let their kids play safely. Rather than repairing an old structure, we were given the exciting challenge of building a brand-new deck—one that would feel like a natural extension of the home.

We began by carefully designing a layout that would flow with the shape and orientation of the house. From there, we dug and installed new footings, poured concrete piers, and framed the structure from the ground up, ensuring every beam was secure and level.

But the design wasn’t just about structure—it was about style. We wanted the new deck to reflect the modern tones of the home, so we worked closely with the homeowners to select a custom color palette of soft gray, crisp white, and bold black accents. These tones not only complement the home’s exterior but also give the deck a clean, timeless look that stands out without overwhelming the natural surroundings.
